Summary

Zoom Tasks is an AI-first task management solution built into Zoom Workplace. Designed to streamline collaboration, it leverages AI Companion to identify action items from meetings, surface intelligent task recommendations, and provide contextual AI tools to help users complete work faster — all within the flow of their daily Zoom experience.

I led the design of Zoom Tasks from 0→1, shaping the vision, interaction model, and end-to-end user experience. From early concepts through to launch, I partnered closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to define how task management could feel seamless, intelligent, and native to the Zoom ecosystem.
